Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview & Professional Services Framework

Pulse Prismhub Engineering Advisory Co., Ltd. delivers custom programming consulting, software architecture blueprinting, performance engineering, and codebase audits. Because our services involve dedicated allocations of senior principal engineering time and bespoke intellectual deliverables, refund and cancellation terms are governed strictly by project milestones and engagement stages.

2. Fixed Diagnostic Engagements (e.g. Codebase Audits)

• Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If a client requests cancellation in writing at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to repository ingestion and initial static scanning, a 100% full refund of any prepaid deposit will be issued.
• Work in Progress (Days 1–5): If cancellation is requested after repository intake but before the delivery of preliminary findings, a partial refund of 50% will be provided to account for diagnostic computation and senior engineering hours already expended.
• Completed Deliverables: Once the final audit scorecard and remediation matrix have been published and presented, fees are fully non-refundable.

3. Milestone-Based Architecture Blueprinting

Multi-week architecture advisory projects operate on defined milestone phases (Discovery, Domain Modeling, Blueprinting, and Executive Handover).

• Payments allocated to successfully completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
• If either party terminates the agreement during an active milestone, the client is billed only on a pro-rata basis for verified engineering days delivered up to the termination date. Any excess prepaid funds for future unstarted milestones are refunded in full.

4. Weekly & Monthly Advisory Retainers

• Sprint Retainer Notice: Clients may pause or discontinue dedicated weekly engineering retainers by providing seven (7) calendar days' written notice prior to the start of the next sprint cycle.
• Unused Sprint Hours: Sprints in progress are non-refundable once engineering access has commenced.

5. Rescheduling & Workshop Postponement

Client-requested rescheduling of collaborative architecture workshops or executive briefings requires at least twenty-four (24) hours' advance notice. Rescheduling within this window incurs zero penalty. No-shows without prior written notice may incur a standard rescheduling administrative fee of NT$ 5,000.

6. Refund Processing Time & Method

Approved refund requests are processed within seven to ten (7–10) business days. Refunds are remitted using the original payment channel (wire transfer to the client's corporate bank account or original credit card).

7. How to Submit a Refund or Cancellation Request

To initiate a cancellation or request a pro-rata refund evaluation, please submit a written notice specifying your Statement of Work reference number to:
